Job Description
Senior Technical Producer required for the Northern Suburbs of Cape Town
The successful candidate will required a relevant tertiary qualification with a web design/development qualification
Minimum of 3 years front end web design and development experience using XHTML, CSS, meta tags and JavaScript
Solid experience in internet based practices and standards as well as cross-browser compatibility, in specific IE6
Solid understanding and implementation experience with analytics setup and implementation, reporting functions and SEO requirements
Good knowledge of web marketing trends and campaign components such as writing for the web, newsletters, banners, polling, social media and blogs
Working knowledge of graphic and web interface design and multimedia tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop), Dreamweaver and Fireworks preferred
You will be required to have a background in digital marketing strategy and/or product management preferred or background in mobile applications, internet industry, project management skills
You will be assisting the client in defining web solutions, provide guidance and technical mentoring to ensure that content and technical implementation meet client standards
Serve as liaison between cross-functional teams and client project managers
Conduct market and competitive research to help identify new product feature opportunities that can drive incremental business on the web
Work with cross-organisational team members to conceive, design and launch new web offerings
